Sunday 23rd December 07

8.30am - THE WIGHT’S FAMOUS BREAKFAST (Last Orders by 9.30am please)
1.00pm - LUNCH (N.B. 2008 will commence with Dinner i.e. no lunch will be served)
4.30pm - Tea & Biscuits available in the Bar
6.00 - 7.00pm - John & Fran invite you to their "WIGHT CHRISTMAS" COCKTAIL PARTY - a chance to meet  your fellow guests whilst enjoying Absolut Alec (vodka) Montrene’s Revenge (whisky) and The Wicked Wight (gin) with special non-alcoholic cocktails for the children.
7.15pm - DINNER BY CANDLELIGHT
After Dinner adjourn to the Bar for Music and Dancing with DISC JUGGLER.
10.30pm - Hot mince pies and sausage rolls will be served from the Bar

Christmas Eve Monday 24th 07

8.30am - THE WIGHT’S FAMOUS BREAKFAST (Last Orders by 9.30am please)
1.00pm - LUNCH
After lunch may we suggest a stroll along the sea front to the pier, returning to the hotel via the High Street to enjoy Sandown’s Christmas Fun Day with its live music, stalls and tombolas. Alternatively why not make use of some of the Wight’s many facilities – the games room, snooker room, swimming pool (heated to 90F/32C for Christmas and the New Year) Jacuzzi, steam room or the saunarium/sauna – possibly even wake up last summer’s tan in the solarium!
5.00pm - Tea & Biscuits available in the Bar.
7.15pm - DINNER BY CANDLELIGHT
After Dinner it's dancing time with DISC JUGGLER.
10.30pm - Hot mince pies and sausage rolls will be served from the Bar.

Christmas Day - Tuesday 25th 07

8.30am - BREAKFAST (Last Orders by 9.30am please)
11.00am - Morning coffee and biscuits in the Bar followed by
Christmas Day Bingo with commencement of The Flyer (First 10 Numbers) and.
Guess the Weight of the Christmas Cake (in pounds and ounces!) - a Bottle of Bubbly for the winner and the result will be announced at 1.30pm
1.30pm – OUR TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS DINNER
5.00pm – Tea and Christmas Cake served in the Bar. Have your camera ready, Father Christmas will pay us a visit with gifts for the children.
8.00pm - The evening’s entertainment starts – Music and Dancing into the small hours with DAVE PARR
9.00pm - CHRISTMAS DAY BUFFET

Boxing Day - Wednesday 26th 07

8.30am - BREAKFAST (Last Orders by 9.30am please)
11.00am - Morning coffee and biscuits in the Bar followed by
Big Money Jackpot Bingo and continuation of The Flyer (10 More Numbers)
1.00pm – LUNCH
2.30pm – Weather permitting, blow the cobwebs away on our Walking Treasure Hunt – solve the cryptic clues to answer the questions whilst following our course – a bottle of wine to go with tonight’s Dinner for the winner.
4.00pm – Tea and Christmas Cake served in the Bar followed by our
Family Table Quiz - a chance for you to astound your group with your general knowledge (or possible confirm to them that you should not really be allowed out without supervision!) Wine for the winner – followed by The Final of The Flyer (Called Until Won!)
7.15pm – DINNER BY CANDLELIGHT
8.30pm – Disc Juggler presents an Evening of Fun - Music, Dancing, Karaoke plus Place Your Bets - it's Horse Racing Time!.
10.30pm(ish!) – A break for hot mince pies and sausage rolls served from the Bar.
11.00pm(ish!) – Disc Juggler returns until the small hours

Wednesday 27th December

8.30am - BREAKFAST (Last Orders by 9.30am please)
11.00am - Morning coffee and biscuits in the Bar, followed by
Jackpot Bingo
1.00pm - LUNCH
Afternoon at leisure - May we suggest a walk on the sea front or cliffs plus any of the hotel’s many leisure amenities.
5.00pm – Tea and Biscuits available in the bar.
7.15pm – FAREWELL DINNER
After Dinner it’s time to round off the Christmas Entertainment when DISC JUGGLER returns to entertain you.
10.30pm - Hot mince pies and sausage rolls served from the Bar.

Thursday 27th December 07

8.15 – 9.45am (Last Orders) - THE WIGHT’S FAMOUS BREAKFAST – Your last chance to ward off starvation with one of our Jurrasics!

Sadly some of our Christmas guests leave us - but others stay for an extra day or days whilst new guests arrive for TWIXMAS (which is on a Breakfast & Dinner basis).  Hopefully the weather will allow a walk on the sea front or cliffs - alternatively why not make use of some of the Wight’s many facilities – the games room, snooker room, swimming pool (heated to 90F/32C for Christmas and the New Year) Jacuzzi, steam room or the saunarium/sauna – possibly even wake up last summer’s tan in the solarium!
