ON-LINE RESERVATION SYSTEM – Please note that the prices detailed in the On-Line Reservation system are PER ROOM and include for Breakfast BUT DO NOT INCLUDE THE FERRY.  If you use the On-Line system you will then receive an email giving you the option of an upgrade to include Evening Dinners and also a quotation for reduced price Ferry Crossings.

Alternatively if you inquire by mail, email or telephone, as 99% of our guests need a car ferry (otherwise it’s a very long swim!) we have simplified the calculation of your holiday cost by including the Isle of Wight ferry crossings in the prices shown below – and we have access to trade ferry prices that are lower than would be available to you if you booked direct with the ferry companies.  Please note that the apparent “price jump” when you stay for more than 4 nights is because the ferry fare increases for longer stays.

_____________________________________________________________________

N.B. PRICES BELOW ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MAIL, EMAIL AND TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS – THEY ARE PER PERSON, INCLUDE FOR CAR FERRY AND VAT AT 20%. PRICES ARE SHOWN FOR B&B (ROOM & BREAKFAST) OR DBB (ROOM, BREAKFAST & EVENING DINNER).

We also offer Room Only i.e. accommodation without meals – in which case please deduct £7.00 (Adult) £5.00 (10-16 year old) and £2.00 (2-9 year old child) per night from the Room & Breakfast rates shown below. N.B. Room & Dinner i.e. without Breakfast, is not available and no reduction can be made for meals (Breakfast or Dinner) which are occasionally not taken. The prices are based on a minimum of two adults per car using ferries from Southampton. Ferries from Lymington & Portsmouth are also available at a small additional cost. Please ask us to quote the reduction if you prefer to book your own ferry reservation. Child prices apply only when sharing a room with two adults. Children under two years of age and still sleeping in a cot are charged at £5.00 per night all year.
